FARES AND PRICES
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.
YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Please present your voucher to your driver upon pickup at the time of your pickup from the Cruise Ship Pier or Hotel. If you are travelling to the location on your own provide this voucher immediately upon arrival to onsite staff. Please arrive at onsite by the meeting time. We cannot be held responsible for clients showing up without their vouchers or arriving late for a tour (if you are not being picked up).
AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received and a follow up email is sent from our reservation department confirming same.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All Tours
Any cancellation made at least 3 business days before your arrival date, shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made within 3 business days before your arrival date, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.

Any cancellation made at least 5 business days before your arrival date, shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made within 5 business days before your arrival date, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
[Hotel] Ramada Belize City Princess
Any cancellation made at least 3 business days before your arrival date, shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made within 3 business days before your arrival date, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
[Hotel] Rainbow Hotel, Windy Hill Resort, and Cahal Pech Resort
Any cancellation made at least 30 business days before your arrival date, shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made within 30 business days before your arrival date, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty.
Any cancellation made within 14 business days before your arrival date, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
[Hotel] Martha’s Guesthouse
BZ$ 25 is charged for Administrative fee on all CANCELLATIONS.
Any cancellation made at least 32 business days before your arrival date, will attract a BZ$ 25 administrative fee.
Any cancellation made within 32 business days before your arrival date, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty and a BZ$ 25 administrative fee.
Any cancellation made within 17 business days before your arrival date, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
[Hotel] Grand Caribe Resort & Condominiums
Any cancellation made at least 45 business days before your arrival date, shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made within 45 business days before your arrival date, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
[Hotel] Coco Beach Resort
Any cancellation made at least 47 business days before your arrival date, will attract a US$ 100 cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made within 47 business days before your arrival date, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
[Hotel] Banana Beach Resort
Any cancellation made at least 25 business days before your arrival date, shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made within 25 business days before your arrival date, will attract one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to us and received by Belize Concierge Excellent within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.

We Recognize Your Expectation of Privacy
We recognize that our customers have an expectation of privacy and security regarding their affairs and we understand your need to protect your private information.
Our Use, Collection and Retention of Customer Information
We use, collect and retain customer information for a variety of purposes that we reasonably believe will assist us in administering our business and providing our customers with assorted products and services. Some of the information we collect about you is nonpublic personal information. We receive this information from you on applications and other forms, including electronic applications and forms, from your transactions with our affiliates or us. Examples of this information are your name, address, social security number, and credit card information. We collect information to assist us in conducting business with you, to satisfy any legal reporting requirements, to assist us in improving our products and services and to understand your travel needs so we may continue providing you with excellent services and opportunities.
Maintaining Accurate Information
We have established procedures to ensure that your information is accurate, current and complete, in accordance with commercial standards. We will also respond to your requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.
Limiting Employee Access to Information
We have policies and procedures that will limit employee access to your personal information to only those employees with a business reason to know such information. We specifically emphasize the importance of maintaining our customers’ information confidential and we educate our employees so that they understand the importance of customer privacy and confidentiality. We also take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.
Restrictions on Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We will not reveal nonpublic personal information about you or your accounts to third parties for their independent use unless (1) you have specifically requested or authorized it or; (2) the information is required to complete a transaction which you have initiated or; (3) the information is provided to a reputable credit bureau or a similar reputable agency or firm or; (4) such disclosure is otherwise lawfully required or permitted. We do not share nonpublic customer information or nonpublic previous customer information with third party marketers offering their products and services. Although we may offer products and services from third party marketers, we will control the customer information used to make such offers. We will not disclose any nonpublic customer information or nonpublic previous customer information with anyone with the exception of the above provisions in this paragraph and paragraph 8 below.
Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
There are times when it may be necessary for us to provide your personal information to a party outside of Belize Concierge Excellent with which we conduct business. An example of such a third party is a vendor service company that we work with to provide tours, charters or other travel services. We may disclose the following information to these third parties: 1) information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address and credit card number; and 2) information about your transactions with us, or affiliates, such as information about where you are staying during your vacation. These third parties have agreed to safeguard any confidential information about you that they receive from us and they must abide by all applicable laws.
Protecting Children
It is a strict Belize Concierge Excellent policy to not knowingly solicit data from children.
