VACANCY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN BELIZE CITY

Belize Concierge Excellent, a local tour operator/travel agency catering to Asian Tourists based in Belize City currently have a vacancy for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
Duties will include (not limited to)
– Coordinate, manage, administer all business travel bookings, including business partners, airlines, hotels and transfers.
– Liaise with Belize Business Partners and handle all reservation details
- Prepare Itineraries and Travel Packages
- Prepare Invoices, Receipts, Estimates via QuickBooks
- Organize diary and scheduling appointments with key clients and suppliers
- Answering calls and liaising with key clients and suppliers
- Manage Social Media Accounts & Website (Word Press) for company
- Managing and file office documents in a effective & timely manner
Education & skills required
– MINIMUM – HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
– Tourism industry experience within a admin/customer services role (preferred)
– Computer literate (General knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Knowledge of Quickbooks, Word Press & Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+) is a plus.
– ENGLISH LANGUAGE – Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Knowledge of additional Language (Spanish, Japanese, Taiwanese, Mandarin, etc) is a plus
– Excellent Time Management Skills
– Proactive and able to priorities workload effectively.
– Ability to work on your own initiative
– Honesty and Team Player
